Summary

Senator Roger Marshall is the Republican nominee in Kansas's 2026 U.S. Senate election and will face Democratic nominee Adam Hamilton.

Senator Roger Marshall is the incumbent Republican nominee for reelection in Kansas. He has a strongly pro-Israel record, has opposed congressional efforts to block particular arms transfers, and has repeatedly described Israel as a key U.S. ally. On April 15, 2026, Marshall voted against advancing two resolutions that would have blocked proposed military sales to Israel.

In 2026 he continued to argue that Iran must not possess nuclear weapons and paired that position with support for a negotiated settlement backed by military and economic pressure. Marshall has condemned Hamas's October 7 attack, supported standalone Israel security assistance, and backed measures addressing Iranian support for terrorism. He has described antisemitism on college campuses as a serious problem and joined bipartisan efforts pressing federal agencies to protect Jewish Americans and institutions. His public record is thinner on Israel-specific international-organization policy and direct Jewish-community engagement.
