Summary
The Democratic nominee for Pennsylvania's 3rd District, one of the most Democratic districts in the country, Rabb is heavily favored in November and expected to join the House in 2027. He has served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2017, representing a Philadelphia district, and is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America. As a state legislator his record on these federal issues is limited, so this profile rests mainly on his campaign positions and public statements. He made opposition to Israel a central theme of his campaign, won the May 2026 primary with about 44 percent of the vote in a four-candidate field, defeating state Senator Sharif Street.

Genocide accusation and positions on Palestine
Rabb has accused Israel of committing genocide in Gaza. He supports a complete embargo on arms sales to Israel, an immediate and permanent ceasefire, unrestricted humanitarian aid, Palestinian self-determination, the release of Palestinian prisoners he describes as held without due process, and the internationally recognized right of return for Palestinian refugees. In May 2026 he posted that the Nakba never ended and said he would cosponsor a resolution with Representatives Omar and Tlaib to recognize the Nakba and reaffirm Palestinian refugees' right to return.
Opposition to AIPAC and campaign alignment
Opposition to AIPAC was a focal point of Rabb's campaign. He was endorsed by the Democratic Socialists of America, and he rallied in Philadelphia with the streamer Hasan Piker, a prominent critic of Israel who has himself been accused of antisemitism.
Antisemitism: controversy and responses
In late 2025, after the Bondi Beach attack in Australia, Rabb's Instagram account shared a post suggesting the massacre was a false flag carried out by Zionists. Rabb claimed the post had been shared by a former staffer.
