The Smoking Gun

The New York Times has published a just-declassified report from Israel, based on evidence seized in Lebanon and on video footage, showing Hezbollah’s consistent pattern of intentionally placing its fighters and weapons among civilians.  Most shocking of all, the report shows that Hezbollah terrorists were well aware of the civilian casualties that would ensue and callously disregarded the consequences. Because the American Jewish Congress worked closely with the Israeli military both to see that the report was compiled and to ensure that it was brought to public attention, we are able to present on our website a copy of this extraordinary report prepared by Israel's Center for Special Studies.  Click here to read the full report
