2. Tell Ms. Magazine What You Think
   Ms. Magazine has turned down an understated AJCongress advertisement (click here to see a “pop-up of the ad on your screen) that did nothing more controversial than call attention to the fact that women currently occupy three of the most significant positions of power in Israeli government. Ms. Editors and publishers need to hear from you.  Tell them that their decision not to allow publication of an ad stating that Israel now has women at or near the top of all three branches of government, the judicial, the legislative and the executive, can only mean that Ms. has a distorted, anti-Israel bias.

3. To Condemn the Use of Human Shields
   It is time that someone undertook a campaign to put the blame where it belongs--when terrorists use human shields, the blood is on their hands. Write to the International Committee for the Red Cross protesting their failure to act.  Also demand that they report Hamas’s use of women as human shields and denounce these infamous acts as war crimes.

4. Support the U.S.-Israel Energy Cooperation Act
   The U.S.-Israel Energy Cooperation Act was reintroduced in the House of Representatives as HR 1838 on March 29, 2007 by Representative Brad Sherman (D-CA) in the new 110th Congress. Contact your own Member of Congress (House of Repre-sentatives) and your Senators.  Tell them that passage of this bill is important to you, and to the entire Jewish community.

5. Protest British Journalists' Israel Boycott
   The American Jewish Congress today condemned the decision by the British National Union of Journalists to boycott Israeli goods in protest at Israel’s alleged “military adventures” in the Gaza Strip. . . . “The decision is offensive, and underscores the bias as well as the cowardice of the anti-Israel majority of delegates. 6. To Ensure Adoption of House Resolution on Jewish Refugees from Arab Countries
   The Resolution asks the President to ensure that in all international forums, when the issue of "Middle East refugees" is discussed, US representatives will ensure that any explicit reference to Palestinian refugees is matched by a similar explicit reference to Jewish and other refugees.
