Today the danger of virulent anti-Semitism once again confronts the Jewish People in Europe and throughout the world.  To fight this danger, the American Jewish Congress has forged a new alliance of Jews willing to stand up for their rights in France, Russia and wherever anti-Semitism rears its ugly head.  Standing arm in arm with our Jewish brothers and sisters we can make a difference.

The American Jewish Congress-Council for World Jewry brings an American voice of support to other nations, and adapts our methods of influencing U.S. policy toward problems in other regions of the world. One of the major goals of CWJ is to build bridges to the Muslim world by pursuing contacts with moderate Muslim political and religious figures in the U.S. and around the world.
